Hello everybody ... why does Quicktime appears normal , but when i click on it becomes shaded ? It never happened before, but now it happens every single time and in all instances. Can anyone help me ? Uninstall and re-install won't do either (at least on the first try)

NO, i'm not using Mac, i own a HP PC windows XP, service pack 2. The Quictime logo is light blue, and it won't open -even though it's says to click on it. I do that and nothing happens. I un-installed (i know) don't even try that... what can i do then ?

Hello ardipi_ramidus,
Are you talking about the beginning of a video? Click on the play button. Some movie previews start out black while other videos start with the first image. Is that what you mean?
Is there a Macintosh dealer in your area that does repairs? Perhaps you might have better luck having one of them look at this. Best of luck to you.
