Very doubtful - part of the reason they were so popular is because they did a lot of things, musically and otherwise, that no one else was doing. They were considered very modern and rebellious, but they seem pretty tame compared with a lot of current bands. With that in mind, they opened the proverbial door to a new style and are listed as an influence by most musicians today - if they hadn't done what they did, it's possible that the music world would not be what it is now.
Of course, you could also argue that if the Beatles hadn't been on hand to "invent" modern music, some other band would have gotten around to it eventually.

They were all such talented musicians. I think they would have been able to write popular music whenever they were born. I don't think their original music would be timely in a different era. It was perfect for their time. If you look back at each album, they were all very different. They constantly changed with the times.

They wrote music that was ahead of their time. Do you think they would've wrote music ahead of their time whenever or just when they did? Artist's inspiration comes from contemporary influences. They create art from any genre but whatever they create has to be 'new' at the time.
So, yes. I think they would've fed off society's current condition and made relevant music today with the same melodic, rhythmic and harmonious sounds that make them unique.

Yes! Because music today sucks, and the Beatles made real music! People would hear that today and it would blow the other crap right out of the water!

Yes,there the best group going.They had to much talent not to be great. Even onthereown they were great, wings over america,double fanasty and shaved fish albums. I own almost ever album they made.
