When something is done "in real time" it means that the activity is happening right now.

For instance, if a television station gives its traffic reports in real time, it means it is up-to-date and happening right then.

Reel, is the reel on a fishing pole. You turn the crank and 'reel' in the fish. So it's a simile. They're picturing someone pulling in something, like pulling in a fish.

with this spelling the first two answers are correct.
If you misspelled real then it is the time that is spent in the real world rather than the vertual world.
