I am making baskets that contain various products. Due to size and the ability to offer a wider selection I want to repackage some of the products into sample size containers but have printed my own labels to identify the product (still gave the product name credit). With the samples sizes being just a portion of what is in the baskets and the entire basket being sold as a whole, am I able to repackage and include these products.

Is it bath items, like lotions and such? Or is it food? If it is anything other than food items, then you can package it however you want. If it is food, I'm not sure...Good Luck!

As explained, YES. There may be fine print that came with the original product, this has to be included in your sample pack. The sample pack can not be sold without the approval of the original maker of the products.
