how do you remove the back door panel on a 2000 pontiac grand am to fix the electric window the motor works.?

GM uses spring clips to hold the pannel to the door.
Use a flat tip screw driver to gently pry the pannel loose from the door.

The door closer handle grabby thing has a phillips screw holding it on. (or two 1/4 bolts) I'm not sure which.

Once you get the pannel loose, gently wiggle and lift the pannel "UP" to slide off the window guide.

Take your time......It will come off.
