It looks to be a modified version of Helvetica Neue 65 that has a slight horizontal stretch (110%). The C and E are the characters that are most obviously changed - C is more circular and the E has the horizontal braces shortened from top to bottom. If you scan an original at very high res, then import into a vector draw program (Illustrator, Freehand, Corel), you can place the scan and it move to the background - then set your type as close as possible over top. Set the type to outline. Then do your final modifications to match every character exactly.
