i have a hp compaq nx9010 and recently it broke. i believe that a couple of the fans inside the laptop have stopped working so the laptop got hot really quick and as a result of this the pin that you connect the charger to has come off. can anyone tell me where i can send it to get a quote and to repair it

Hi,

The best option is to take your laptop to a service center like

COMPUSA , CIRCUIT CITY etc. and ask for a quote they will look into it and figure it whats wrong with your laptop..

Since Laptops are very delicate i suggest you to take them to a service center.

if it costs you more than $300 then the best one is to sell it in ebay and get a new laptop.
