i bought a house in San Francisco as a single woman. I got married. One year later, my husband made a drama about being on the streets if I die because the house is solely under my name.

i filed for divorce

You could certainly include a challenge to the grant deed as part of the things you discuss with your divorce attorney. She should know how to find out things like that, because property rights are so important in many divorces. It's a valid question for you to ask her.

And if you are trying to do a divorce that messy and complicated without an attorney, may the Goddess of Justice have mercy on your soul!
