You've been together a year and haven't kissed? Maybe ask him why he won't kiss you. Or move on to other guys. If he's not comfortable enough to kiss you, especially after a year, something's wrong.

well maybe he is just uncomforable. it will happen at the right time. your first kiss is supposed to be special when you are alone.
