It's the most effective low budget horror film. It's similar to the Sixth Sense but it's a black and white sixties film. Of course the original Night if Living Dead comes in at a close second.

It's a tie between the Evil Dead and Cabin Fever. Both of these movies were shot in the woods which adds to their creepiness.
