i agree with that,,,, somethings are not ever healed, you just learn how to accept them, incorporate it into yourself, and move on,,,, while the pain may subside, and you may not think of it constantly,,, when you do it will be just as big of a wound as it ever was

No. Time does, in fact heal everything. Sometimes, it seems things are so bad that no amount of time can heal us - but that's because we lack perspective.
Consider that the earth is over 4 billion years old and that humanity is over 2 million years old, and that history is about 6 000 years old. On that scale, whatever problem you have will seem vain.
Of course, we have to live our own lives and that perspective is rather abstract. Sometimes, we feel a very deep personal loss and it seems time can't help us. The most important thing is to accept life as it is. Some things will affect us permanently - the only thing we can do about those things is accept them and live with them. In that sense, we can say we are healed. It is important to eventually move on and to remember we are, after all, mortal beings. If nothing else, death will eventually free us from all our worries. In the meantime, it is best to enjoy life to the best of our ability, no matter what she throws at us.

I do...I think time only helps us to forget, but once we remember the thing or person who hurt us, the wound is opened again....

I so agree.
Time, with G-d's help, helps the pain to fade a little to give us a little miniscule perspective.
Sorrow.
