Our company located in Turkey. We are planning to open a office in London about export from Turkey and consultancy about this.
We have some costumers in there but we want to improve our market in UK.
I have some questions,
1- Where is the best place to open a office in London (middle-class)?
2- How i can contact with textile importers in UK? Is there any source about this?
3- We are planning to give consultant service to traders who wants to import from Turkey. How we can advertise it to contact this kind of people?

don't know London well enough to answer your first question but contact E-SOURCES.CO.UK OR UK WHOLESALERS.CO.UK. you will have to pay a small fee to join up but they have sections on textiles for sale/wanted. you can also advertise your service here.the later one is probably the better one that i have used
