If the car has been in an accident, or some other incident that means the police need to find it then they can do it themselves.

What exactly do you want, want to trace a lost vechile or trying to get details of an unknown person.

Whatsoever, if the first is true, its good to file a complaint in nearest Police Station that will help you.,

If you are trying to trace whereabouts of an unknown person, its not advisible., end of the day one need to respect other's privacy.

1.Lodge a complaint in the nearest police station
2.Approach legally the RTA office.
3.Give an ad in the news paper............think this will help uuuuu
