Look at yourself in the mirror and identify your best feature--your eyes? Your lips? Your nose? Legs? Etc.? Then focus on highlighting that feature all the time.
There is at least one thing that's beautiful in every woman, and science has and will have an answer to every beauty problem. So don't worry too much about it. Focus more on developing a pleasant, interesting personality. Inner beauty shines through!

Just try something a little different. (dont go over bored) its not som much about looking prettier, but about feeling prettier. it really is whats on the inside that counts. Pick something thats different from what you normaly do, get a hair cut or style your hair differently, play around with eye make up, just make sure it makes you feel confident

Yeah actually. A little confidence. What makes you think you need to look prettier? Try a haircut or something that changes your perspective of yourself!

OK you need to be more confident in yourself and notice the good things are you smart,funny, and maybe even pretty you just don't want to admit it.try telling what you feel isn't perfect about yourself maybe we can help or not but somebody will this world has a lot of solutions for everything don't give up

Grow your hair longer.
Wear dresses or skirts.
Wear a bra that's not molded or padded.
Shave your legs regularly enough that there's no trace of hair visible. Every day if necessary.
Make absolutely sure that you shave off any trace of hair on your upper lip.
Smile. Smile. And keep smiling.
And the guys will come running.
