At first, it feels like little gas bubbles popping or "butterflies". Once you get further along, the kicks will become alot stronger. Just wait till the baby shoves its toes between your ribs! that is sooo uncomfy.lol

At first it just feels like a little fluttering, then as weeks go on, it gets stronger. When the baby jabs you with a foot or an elbow, you'll not only feel it, but you can SEE it! It's amazing to watch.
Be prepared. As soon as Daddy puts a hand there to feel it, the baby stops. I think they like to tease!
I actually felt mine around 12 to 14 weeks for the first time. It was a fluttering, but in that same week it got stronger than fluttering. No need to worry if you have regular pre-natal care.
Congrats!
ADDED: Imagine holding a puppy close to your tummy and he wants to get down and he struggles and struggles to get loose. That's how it can feel later. LOTS of movement. Not pain, just movement. Wow, you can't imagine how it makes you feel to know that's your baby in there, ready to meet the world! :-)

I felt the first flutter interior the eleventh week. i'm lean and my placenta is posterior. My OB reported that it is attainable to sense the move. We also stated the newborn bypass on ultrasound at 12 weeks. In13th week I felt the flutters more desirable in many cases. each and every from time to time, it sounds like flutter/squirm and different cases like tiny bubbles. i believe it better interior the morning even as all is quiet and that i'm better in song with my body. i believe it a million-2 inches less than my abdomen button. it is more desirable in center and feels on the threshold of the body wall in contrast to gas which feels way interior my abdomen.

yes, you probably are feeling the baby. sometimes it feels like fluttering in your stomach. if you lay down on your back and lie very still in a quiet room, you will feel it. also later on in pregnancy, if you do the same thing, you will actually be able to see your stomeach move. my baby knockaed a remote control right off my tummy when i was 6 1\2 months pregnant. just wait until you try to go to bed at night and thats all you will be able to feel!!!!!!!!!

Kinda like your stomach feels when it's all grumbly and rumbly, except it's just doing the moving and not the grumbling. Kinda fluttery. Later on you'll think someone put a roller coaster in there! Congratulations, and wishing you the best of health and happiness!

That's in the ballpark: quickening is usually at about 20 weeks in a first pregnancy, 18 in subsequent ones.

In the beginning...around where you are...it feels like little gas bubbles.
Just you wait...pretty soon you'll be able to see your tummy moving and you'll be getting an elbow to your ribs! You'll for sure know it then!
