Has anyone had this problem? The boxes in the W Store are all blank (not a "loading" problem... all the items in the Curio Shop show up fine), and I'm not able to purchase food or anything else for my pet. Also, no items show up in my dock (previous purchases have disappeared). When I buy something from the Curio Shop, them item doesn't show up in the dock either. It's been like this for a couple of days (I've tried over and over to come back to the site during the day), and my pet's health and hunger are at 0. Going into Daily Kinz Care didn't do anything. I contacted Webkinz, but their answer didn't fit the questions I asked. Can anyone help? Thanks!!!!!!!!

When this happens it means there is a loading error in your computer probable the flash player is too low try to update it ok?

I've never seen Wshop empty although if you hit Curio at just the right time (12am kinztime), it will be empty. Occasionally our docks will be empty but if we log out and back in, it corrects itself.
First, I would try to clear your cookies and temporary files from your browser. On IE, you need to go to tools then internet options then delete the cookies & temp files from the history. If you use a different browser, check the Webkinz FAQ for directions on how to do this.
If that doesn't work, maybe try another browser & make sure you have the most recent edition of flash player installed?
If those suggestions don't help, you can call Webkinz for help on an 800 #. The number is also in the FAQ. If you go to the contact us section & email the problem (you have to select the "I dont' see my question" option and it will let you email them directly) to them. Expect a long wait, whether by phone or email. They seem to run 1-2 weeks behind. Good luck! I hope it's a cookie issue & not a bad code!
