Is the chance of conception lower if you ejaculate less or does it not matter how much you ejaculate?

You need to give your body time to make more "swimmers" between intercourse. If you ejaculate less, the chance of conception should be higher.

A man will deposit several hundred million sperm in a woman's vagina.
Only 1 in 10 sperm finds it's way into the cervix and begin it's 6 to 9 inch journey to the fallopian tube. (Which is about 1 or 2 thousand sperm.)
Later, only 1 or 2 hundred of the original "Several Hundred Million" sperm will approach the egg.

So no, I don't think that it matters.
