who has used it and how do you like it?? and is the color range pretty good for you ?? what is the best way to apply it as well

I have never tried it myself, but I love all Maybelline products. The best way to apply the foundation is to shake the bottle well. Apply it evenly across your face with your fingertips. I start at my T-zone and blend outward. Some women use makeup sponges, but I get a more flawless, even coverage using my fingertips.
After applying the foundation I would suggest finishing with a light powder. I like this

It works great for me because I have dry skin. And the color matches really great.
Application:
1. Shake the bottle well.
2. Squeeze some into your palms, then dab your finger into it .
3. Blend it onto your face in a outward motion. Blend well. Don't rub.

I hated it! Was sooooo "sticky" I felt like I had elmer's glue on my face.Don't waste your money.
