Lost is the only one I have seen but none of them are my favorite. I have heard that all of them are good though. The Unit and Ghost Whisperer are good shows too.

My favorite of the 4 you listed is Heroes. Technically, the main reason I can say that is that because I don't watch the other 3...which is a bit of a cop out.
BUT, I also love Ugly Betty, Jericho, and The Office, and Heroes is still my favorite. I find myself wanting more after every episode is over. Not knowing what is going to happen is exciting...and I hate to admit it, but don't a lot of people - when they are kids - wish they could fly or be a superhero? This is like a childhood dream incarnate.

I watch 3/4 and I'd say 24 hands down! Action, Romance...real drama ( I hate the daugther). Heros can get a little confusing if you don't pay attention and kind of repetitive. Lost is starting to get stupid and they're not really giving us an answers to what's going on...it's getting boring.

I'm going to go with 24. Truth be told, it's the only one I've seen. Though I have heard a lot of good things about Heroes...

HEROES. I like the whole concept of Heroes (having powers etc). And so far we don't knwo much about some of the seemingly evil characters...adding to the suspense so there can be some major suprises.
Can't wait until next episode...they still have soo much explaining to do

Lost because it's the only one out of those I watch lol...I actually have seen 24 though (watched the first 4 seasons) but I stopped after that...Lost is a great show though! it's interesting and it keeps you guessing! :)

i like all of them.... but heroes is at the top and most anticipated right now...
oh by the way... ny name is on the list....
they say that evolution is just another step on the human genome. but what if evolution isnt excepted by the many? what do you do then? will you fight for your survival? or just be laid to rest? what can you do when you are outnumbered by those who do not understand?
