I am doing an undergraduate mathematics research project. It is concerned with Markov Chains. I have searched the internet for a rather large problem perhaps a 10x10. It can be in chemistry, business, or any other discipline. If anyone knows of link or a problem, I would appreciate it.

Why on earth would you need to bother yourself with Markov chains? What these ruskis have that we aint got?
Okay poor joke.
There a nuber of field were you have to model 10x10 or larger spaces. For example, weather, game theory or even a model of say a driver, a car and the environment. Talk to experts in the fields (they will also halp you to build realistic math model. like some profs in your school Chemistry, Nuclear engineering and Economics are good, however Math dept is the best start. However I suspect you knew that.
