Cam Jensen books are around sixty pages each, and I have heard wonderful things about them.
The Boxcar Children books are wonderful, and appear to range anywhere between 100 to 250 pages each.
The Encyclopedia Brown books are said to be very good, as well, and they appear to be around 100 to 150 pages each.

The Mysteries of Harris Burdick, By Chris Van Allsburg
It is a wonderfully done picture book!
Two-minute Mysteries, by Donald J. Sobol
It is a "chapter book" for young kids. Simple to read, but the "chapters" makes them feel grown up! It is a book where the reader figures out the mystery.
