Its very simple.
- First bring our mouse on the taskbar
- Press the left button and drag the taskbar on the bottom of the screen. It will automatically come on the bottom of the screen.
- Dont release the mouse button in between the process of dragging the taskbar.

Just put your mouse on an empty space in task bar left click mouse but keep your finger on mouse and drag the task bar 2 the bottom of your desktop, if yo want 2 keep it there right click your mouse on an empty space on the task bar you should get a small menu come up with one of the options 2 lock the task bar option should be 2nd from bottom on top of properties click on lock the task bar and it should stay in this position

just simply drag the task bar to the bottom of the screen by left click of your mouse,
if by draggin its nnot coming down then right click on the bar n check if LOCK THE TASK BAR is unchecked,if it is checked then uncheck it n then drag the task bar,you cant drag the task bar while it is locked,
