I dont know how to be "politically correct" enough maybe. Is there a book I can learn it from. I swear, no matter what you ask, it just seems there is always that one person who has to add his insulting or belittling comment or answer.

It takes every kind of people to make the world go round. It is just a pity that this site is abused by some of those people. They do have a certain lacking don't you think? One could almost feel sorry for them. It is rather sad to think about them sending out their rude empty comments. These type of people spend their whole lives hindering other people. They have little imagination, and cannot think of anything useful to ask, or answer sensibly. It does little for their already minuscule credibility. Remember sir, the pen is mightier than the sword in the hands of those who know how to wield it. I have noted you take the time to use the correct spelling and use of punctuation.

If you have asked a reasonable question and you have got a rude, patronising, condescending reply then send in a report. It will be reviewed and if the reply is deemed unfit then that person will be removed. I don't mind a comic reply but some people are being a little to childish and abusive

Its just because there are a few people around here who insult everything and add insulting questions.

I think they should add it so you can report violating users rather than just violating questions or answers.

Anyways, pay it no mind and know that, as my mum used to say "there is no such thing as a stupid question!" (unless it is MEANT to be stupid and offensive that is...)

Ah, Bless! Answerers don't know how vulnerable you are, how old you are, how naïve you are. Most of us just see a question and give a witty answer. (Well, we think it's witty) It's no reflection on you.
Stick it out, there are worse things in life than getting a snotty answer on Yahoo! answers. Believe me, I've been there, read the book and seen the video and the film!

I'm afraid there are a lot of ignorant people out there. If they disagree with you fair enough, but there is no need to be abusive or insulting.

Just ignore them, don't let them get you down, it's very easy to hide behind the anonymity of an avatar and shout abuse at people, I've seen this happen many a time.

I think its because there are a lot of kids and immature people playing games here.
I have to say there are some pretty daft questions being asked as well.

I agree it is so infuriating and I believe it actually shows the other persons ignorance. So keep using your brain and rise above the flack that is returned to you and mostly keep your self calm.
