the turkey breast and ham is really healthy. it depends on what toppings you put on it as well as the bread that you choose. Go to their website and click on the menu. The 6 Grams of Fat menu should appear and then it tells you what is in those sandwiches etc. They also have a page on the website that tells you how to make your sandwiches healthier.

That would be the veggie delight. Meat on it or not, it's the same thing, Subway sandwiches all taste the same.

You can get any one of the '7 subs w/6 grams of fat or less' and skip the mayo and oil and you'd be okay. I get the honey mustard or sweet onion sauce instead of mayo and I save a few calories and fat grams.

In my opinion, it would be their wraps. The carbs are much lower, as well as the calories.
