What can be done about oxidized metal and plastic on car bumpers. I have a Japanese SUV?

Its paint still looks good, but the gray plastic trim, and the bumpers, are all oxidized and faded, making it look old and worn out. Know what to do?

You can get plastic dressing that soak into the plastic and leave it with a shine, or you could even mask up the plastics and spray it with some matt black spray paint.

There is some stuff you can buy at the auto parts store which helps bring a restored look to the plastic.
If the bumpers are metal, and they are beginning to rust, the best thing is either re-chrome the bumper, or buy a new one.
