Hi,
I would say, it means nothing. You apparently don't feel any abd about your nanny cleaning the houses. Weasle is not sick so that you would worry about her him in your dreams, either. So? Just get to know one things - fortune-tellers and other star-readers (and religions as well somehow) try to exaaggerate what beyond dreams and overwhelm us with complex meanings. Don't let this be your guide. You dream when you are happy, sad, when you sleep for long, and when you are just in bed. We need them as a way to "discharge" the feelings you can't express in real life.
At any rate, that's my personal opinion, no more.

Dreams are really your minds' way of working out the days events. Dreams can mean something, or they can simply be meaningless. Usually when people describe dreams like yours, they don't have much significance. Maybe the dream about your friends cat does, however. Have you recently helped a friend through a rough time, perhaps "saved" her in a way. That could be the significance of that dream, but as for your other one, I doubt it has much meaning. Its probably just a random occurance of thoughts while you were sleeping.

Your dreams are merely your subconcious mind replaying memories and incidents in your life and trying to spool them all togeather before your brain files them away. Many times themes and people overlap and if there are pieces that dont fit togeather then the mind creates one to blend them togeather. Sort of like creative writing only without as much control. As an experiment why don't you decide before you go to sleep just what kind of dream you want to have and if your lucky enough to remember it the next morning it might surprise you to see just how much imput you can have. Sweet dreams
