He is not sure about us, but quite happy at this moment in time as long as we are not arguing..fine

He is no longer openly being loving towards me as he doesn't feel it.

He has asked to pay another 50pounds in rent next month.(He has plenty of money). This is the same amount that I would pay in any house share! We sleep togther..as he is my boyfriend. He still wants me to live with him. It's convenient for me as I work close by. I do have a house 50 miles away, but would not be able to commute to work so easily. He says that 1 week away would do him some good and work out how he feels..
I now feel miserable and not sure how to deal with this anymore. I do go out more and he always asks where/whom?
What do think is the best way in trying to keep him and let him see what he is missing? Any ideas?

People will realize that he missed something or someone when they are not around anymore. Maybe you two just needs sometime apart from each other to work out how you actually feel about each other.

There is nothing you can do in order to let him see what he will be missing. He needs to see this for himself. If he doesn't see it, it wasn't meant to be. At the end of the day, you deserve to be in a relationship where you feel that he is there voluntarily - not because you reeled him in. It sounds as if he wants you to move out. To ask for extra rent and to stop showing you love are signs that he wants out of the relationship. He says he wants you to stay only because he won't have to pay the entire rent for himself. Start looking for a new apartment and move there. That way, you can be close to work. Don't pay to live in a place where there is no love. You deserve so much more and he's a loser for not being able to tell you how he honestly feels.

He's not missing ANYTHING. He's already getting the best from you, without having to deal with it. Why would he want to make any more of a commitment? Why do you want to keep him?

He wants a week away, yet he questions where you go? He's controlling you.

Oh, girl, you are being taken for a ride! Ya know? I'd leave.

Has he asked you to pay more rent?-I didn't understand that bit. More rent, less love? Mmm, better let it go, not worth wasting time being unhappy.

He's feeling insecure and thinks you are pulling away from him. So he is pulling away from you in his insecurity. Reassure him more, and respect him more, see how much closer he will get!
