I think there will be no moral police and authorities anywhere in the world...if people will just behave without any threat of distraction to other people or himself/herself. Everyone of us has the right to party and enjoy life...but always remember... every freedom is entwined with responsibility. So be responsible!

Of course. But some people think otherwise. If you really want some changes, you should confront them. Everybody has an opinion on the the moral police, which really doesn't matter a lot.

I don't quite understand the rational of the question. The government/ police do not restrict partying that respects others. It is the parties that offend others--- loud, endangerment of property, endangerment of others, and sniffing away one's fanancle responsibilities--- that they crack down on. I mean, how would you like it if the pot head next door, your back door is 5 feet away from his, decides to have a bon fire on his postage stamp back portch which sets his and your awning on fire? I mean, harmless partying to some is quite different to others. Thank goodness that there is no double standard! I am greatful for law enforcement!

Depends what you mean by chilling out and enjoying life. You already have the rights to do those things. Now if you want to take it to the extremes which endanger others then no, you shouldnt and wont have the right ot do that.
