i need to come up with an activity for my leadership class and it has to be 10-15 mins....it needs to be short and simple.

for trust in eachother you can blind fold one student and have another lead them around the school, everyone in a group. Other wise you can break them into smaller groups of 3-4 and let them solve puzzles together. You can even do a test prep study time by doing jeopardy and they have to come up with the answer in groups of 3-4

This is a great activity.

Partner everyone up in the class and explain that the partners are going to arm wrestle each other.

Explain the rules of arm wrestling and what things are considered cheating. After a kinda long explanation, mention that the parnters who suceed in getting the most wins, will get a prize. (don't go into detail about this part.

Usually what happens is that many partners arm wrestle in the traditional way, but one or two clever couples realize that by not trying to overpower each other, they can score many wins.

The lesson is that by working together, people can win more often. This activity takes about 15 min.
