relies upon if the pastime is the moring I eat cereal or an ability bar and drink water throughout the time of one million/2-time.. If the pastime is in a lengthy time period interior the afternoon or evening I be effective I eat some thing that is not spiced.. i both eat a sandwich or pasta is powerful to.. if I do eat meat earlier I take an acid reducer pill to no longer get abdomen aches or heartburn..

11:16 am here and we just had lunch. Chicken noodle soup,[ made with milk] Grilled cheese sandwiches and dill pickle spears every thing was very good now off for a nap. Had a lot of chores today so I was up at 4 am EST.
