if you know the manufacture go to their customers service dept and they'll usually replace them free of charge or for a small fee

Most parts for shower doors are unique to that brand of door, and cannot be interchanged with other makes. Usually, there's a sticker or stamp of the manufacturer, up in the header, of the shower door. And as stated above, that manufacturer should either be able to supply you with a relpacement, or refer you to a local dealer.
