-Try to contact students who go there and see what they like/dislike about their school.
-If you can, visit some and see if you like that atmosphere.
-Factor in financial issues, where can you get scholarships? what is more expensive (I wouldn't make a decision based on this though- you should go where you think you'd be happiest)
