I had that problem, and all I did was take it to one of those Chinese run phone stores. The Chinese know what they're doing. Costed around 20 bucks, and they had it done in 15 minutes.

there are two ways of unlocking your phone now..
1. try n type the number starting from 0000-9999..depending on how many digits ur code was..and work your way up...

it will take a lot of time n effort.

2. take it to a mobile phone shop...they can unlock it for you because they have the program..they will just hook it up to their computer and disable ur lock code feature..
n then u can set in a new code..

Bring the phone to Radio Shack, and ask someone to help solve your problem. Make sure you bring your receipt from the purchase of the phone with you as well. You'll need that to prove that the phone was not stolen.
