Do not contact a Realtor with mortgage questions. Realtors sell real estate. Mortgage Bankers and Brokers sell mortgages. Contact a mortgage professional with mortgage questions.

Would you contact an electrician with a plumbing question just because both electric and plumbing are systems in your house?

You can also contact the Texas State Banking Commission. They will have information for you, the consumer.
