Go to the Safari zone, head all the way through it and to the secret house at the end (right after you find the warren's gold teeth) and talk to the man here and he'll give you HM 04-Surf. You'll need the fushia city gym badge to use it though.

wow...basically, negative. jk, yet who has 2 of an identical pokemon? replace Charizard #a million with a sturdy grass type like venusaur, then your sturdy. i might want to say 5/10 on the prompt as you shouldnt have more effective than a million of an identical poke on a crew initially, and secondly, the attacks youve taught your pokemon are not to any extent further that tremendous, look them up the following:
