bend your arm ,where the elbow is you will see a crease,follow this with a finger towards the elbow and press at the end of the crease,you should feel a slight pain ,do this on both arms for 10 or 15 min this will cause the body to release healing emzimes ,and it should help the swelling go down as these emzimes go straight to the point where your body is damaged ,i hope this helps ,,,,but try a antiflamible tablet too ,,,

Ice if it is just a bruise. However, if it is hot to the touch or if the surrounding skin is red this could be a sign of infection, and should be evaluated and treated promptly (today!).
