Hold the attention of those who will truly listen?
I'd whisper. I don't like to waste my words on people who will let it go right out the other ear♥

i really like this question. i would say whisper cause those who truly listen are probably those who truly matter.

Whisper, When screaming the main focus of the conversation is completely lost and half the time you can not remember what was or wasn't said for all the confusion. I'll stick to whispering and being heard.

depending. if its important ill whisper. if i want to waste 5 min of class, ill bring up aloud "educated" discusion. jk. i understand what ur talking about. im a whisperer. most people (not to sound stuck up but..) dont deserve to listen to what im saying. ill let them keep talking about who wore what and how hot ___ is.
