You're talking about a misconception. Cheerleaders exist so that they can be made fun of. Those who are cheerleaders realize this, and actively seek guys, so as to cover this up. Dumb guys are more susceptible to this, because they have nothing better to do than try to end up as the typical guy to be seen on Teen Mom. A more typical guy is more interested in intelligence, because listening to stupid people is close to the pain of getting hit with a bat. Having decent looks, style, and intelligence gives a much better advantage than shovels of makeup, fake tan, and a miniskirt.
