It varies with which provider you have your league with. I know that CBSSportsline had a tougher requirement last year than Yahoo, but I can't remember the exact number of starts/games required.
If you really are asking about Figgans, I am pretty sure that he will lose his 2B eligibility in both systems this year based on the columns I've read on both sites from the so-called experts.

I think it is either 10 or 15 games but i am not a 100% sure.
