I've installed the drive. Now, how do I use it? Is it possible to drag and drop files into the drive?

ok hard drive on the computer is usually C right? find out which one is for the new drive by going to My Computer (i have a flash drive that's F). You can drag files right into it or open it up and create new folders to put stuff in there. As long as that drive is plugged in you have the option of saving stuff into that drive too.

It shows up as any other drive does. i.e. go to my computer and it is there.
You will see it in explorer. And when you save files, just select the external drive as a location.
You can also right click a file, directory or group of items and right click. choose sent to, and select the external drive.
