3- Is there any racism to much?

1. Obviously, if you cant afford to live centrally, you will have no choice but to live in the suburbs, This is what most people do anyway. ( But if you are coming for a long stay in only a week's time, haven't you left it a little late to arrange where you will be living?). There is no avoiding the fact that housing in London is very, very expensive.

2.Cheapest rents in outer London for a decent one bedroom flat are around £650 per month. You could probably rent a bed-sit for less though.

3.Racism exists everywhere on Earth unfortunately, but London is one of the most cosmopolitan and culturally mixed cities in the world (far more so than , say, New York) and it is remarkably tolerant and fair. This is one of its great qualities.

4. Of course not. Not even in winter. And its not foggy all the time either.

5. Far too many to mention..you have a huge choice of options. It depends on what you can afford and what your expectations are regarding living standards, ease of transport , and so on.

Rents are also high in outer London. Plan on spending a minimum of £150 a week for rent for a studio flat in Outer London; £220 a week in London inner suburbs.

Sharing is an option, but do plan on spending a minimum of £70 a week for a room in a flat share.

Racism is virtually non-existent in London; more prevalent "North of Watford".

It rains a lot, but not too much.

The more expensive the area, the safer it generally is.

Question: if you have the money to start a business in London, then why are you asking about flat shares? The cost of commercial property in London is the highest in the world; commercial rents are astronomically high, as are business rates (local charges each business owner must pay).

Well, first of all do not worry that much! I don't know where u r from, but London is a great city to find yourself in. Your questions are already answered by other people, so all I want to share with you is that London is a fantastic, cosmopolitan city, never boring, always interesting with million things to discover; and not everything requires money to enjoy. I spent a year and a half studying there and soon I'm going back to work. Museums, galleries, music venues, theatre plays are among the best in the world. People are friendlier than you expect, and London weather is ok once u get used to it (summers are really nice!)
Good luck!

properly, you should comprehend that you would possibly want to be residing contained in the city meaning a lot of noise and human beings. in case you already stay contained in the city or do not innovations it, then London is an truly good position to stay.
