I like Sawyer as he is....no change needed. But Jack could be Russell Crowe or George Clooney. Matt Fox doesn't do anything for me!

I would cast Cole Hauser as Jack and Sawyer would be played by Paul Walker.

I would not change either one. Matthew Fox (Jack) and Josh Holloway (Sawyer) are both extremely hot and extremely manly. I wouldn't mind be rescued by or stranded with either one. Why would I want to change perfection?
