I have started a small jewellery business. I have procured some elegant silver jewellery but need advice on how to sell it. I cannot set up a retail store as I have another business which takes up most of my time.

Hi

I also make jewellery, and I have found ebay to be quite a good way to sell mine. I also make some for a local boutique - she buys bits and pieces as and when she needs them.

Another thing i do is partys. i have had jewellery partys in my home, with friends, neighbours etc. Other people book partys to have in their home, and they get 10% of the total sale money - works a treat!!!

Good luck with your business - hope it does well.

The easiest and cheapest way to send up a trial baloon is via eBay.

It won't cost you anything to list it and you will get a wide exposure.

As an alternate you can take your pieces to a store and try to sell them on consignment. If they are good and if they are popular the business will grow to the point where you can open your own place.

good luck with your enterprise.. I hope you make it.

I believe e-bay stores would be the way to go. They are stores on e-bay in which you can set a "buy it now" price so it has one price and have multiple quantities of items for people to buy or you could have people bid on them. It works very nicely and millions of people do it. OH! And it's safe. :)
