use and indor tanning lotion at a salon I prefer one with a tingle and bronzer! make sure that before you go you exfoliate your skin really well and don't put lotion on before you go but put it on after your session

Use sunless tanning cream (healthiest), get a spray tan at a spa/salon (not available eveywhere, expensive, but is also a healthy way to go) go to an indoor tanning salon (not good for your skin, but looks the best). Either way, you can find out eveything you want/need to know about methods and product reviews at http://www.iamtan.com/ .
Have fun!

Put a bikini on, sit in the sun with some suntan lotion on, and keep a hose by your side to keep cool and draw more sun to you. (If you burn easily, put sunblock on first.)
