Has to be fake or he wouldnt be wreslting on sunday night he owuld have intrenal bleeding and if it was real and takes a knock the wrong way he could die

Please Cena fans get a grip his injury was part of the storyline,if his spleen had really ruptured he would have been admitted to a hospital and his spleen removed.It stated on WWE.com that he refused medical attention,if that was true he would be DEAD!

it's a storyline to draw viewers to the pay per view, He would die from a ruptured spleen without surgery. He sure wouldn't be wrestling at the rumble!!

ok on wwe.com i looked up news on john cena and what happened was after umaga crushed him through the table john was coughing really bad and they thought he was going to start coughing up blood but he didn't and they helped him to the back and they had the doctor back there examine him and they said he might have reptured his spleen and they had JR announce it on TV then they were going to take him to the hospital but he refused to go because if he went the doctors would have told him couldnt wrestle sunday but if anything was really wrong with him they would have taken him right away but i think he is ok
