Cake is too close to donuts on the official police food pyramid. The officer probably took a deep personal insult from such an important staple of his diet being treated with less than the highest respect.

They mistook the cake for donuts and were really upset because they could not eat thier breakfast, dinner and supper. You ruined their chances for a good meal.
It could have been handled more in a professional manner, yelling in public does not contitute professionalism. I would write a letter to their supervisor saying it was handled with lack of diligence.

First off all you have to do is stop throwing cake, wash up a bit..and if you come back in to a yelling officer, pull out your beating sticks and RUN RUN RUN!! AND NEVER LOOK BACK!!!!!!!!!!
