They say they are both Aryans, but how? They look soo different. What did the original Aryans look like? How did one get dark hair and skin and the other blue eyes and blond complexion?

Well, it's a really long story & i'm so lazy! but i will try to explain it well...Aryans came from south of syberia & the center of Asia...they migrated to the northen part of the khazar...then they became groups & went to diff places...a group passed the ghafghaz mountains & went to europe& the other groups when to Iran, & a few of them to India & probably Pakistan...but where they the only ppl who started to live in these lands...of course some other ppl from diff ethnicities used to live in these lands.....i can tell the the details but so long, just know that Germans & Persians & many other ppl in other countries r Aryans.
By the way, real Aryans r Persians & only small branches from the large group migrated from those lands went to europe.

This whole "Aryan race" stuff is big nonsense and Germans don't use this word anymore. I read that the word is used in ethnology for a part of Indians and Iranians who are all dark people. In this ethnologic sense the only Aryans in Europe would be the Sinti and Roma who originate from India but who were systematically killed by the Nazis for being an "inferior race".
Nazis used the word "Aryan" basically with the meaning of "non-Jewish white", not only blond and blue eyed people and not only Germans were considered as "Aryans", and not all, not even most, Germans are blond and blue eyed. I'm German and live in Germany, so I know. Germans don't call themselves "Aryans" anymore since 1945 and almost everyone knows that the Nazi race ideology was nothing but a dangerous and disastous nonsense. My point is that using the word "Aryan" for Germans was nothing but part of Nazi ideology, so the answer to your question is that there are no "original Aryans" that Germans descent from, it was just a made up concept. As I wrote "orginal Aryans" in the ethnologic sense were probably somewhere in Asia, but I haven't studied about this in detail. Actually because of the way this word was used in the Nazi time, the word alone scares me and I hesitate to use it in whatever meaning it may have. It's just like the name "Adolf" for me.

I have noticed that Iranians use it without this Nazi meaning (also like the answerer above me), and it has happened to me that Iranians told me "Oh, you are German, you are Aryan like us", but it really scares me to hear this word even if I know the person who uses it is not a Nazi and doesn't mean it Nazi.

It is also mysterious for me how Germans should be a "race" different from other whites. There is absolutely nothing physically special in Germans that would make us different to any other whites.

The word Aryan originally refered to Iranians, and was misapropriated when it was applied to Germans in the 19th century. I think.

I think was it meant here is that they all speak Indo-European languages descended from a common ancestral language. Farsi the most common language spoken in Iran and many of the languages of Afghanistan as well as German or English and most European languages are Indo-European, as are the Hindi And Urdu spoken in India and Pakistan.
