Here's what I do...

First, clean the door seals with a mild detergent. Then I apply NuVinyl or similar silicone protectant designed for rubber and vinyl. This will keep your doors from freezing shut.

Squirt a little WD-40 using the red tube that comes with it into your door locks and trunk lock. Keeps them from freezing as well.

Then I take it through the automatic car wash. When you get home I park in the driveway and open the all doors and trunk and just give those seals a quick wipe. Done.

The seal treatment should last all winter. Plus it helps keep them from squeaking, and helps them last longer.

The WD-40 in the locks, maybe once more in the middle of winter, thats it.

If you can help yourself to wait for a warm day the use warm hot water and wash like you normally would.
