no. as far as christian music goes, the closest you'll get to actual punk rock is, say, the huntingtons.
relient k is closer to alt rock. their older stuff is closer to punk, but still not quite there.
after reading the above answers, i must say that they're even farther from being christian rap than they are from being punk. they aren't even close to any kind of rap!

NO, actually not, cause if you listen to the words and the actual meaning, you can tell that their actually Christian Rap. Just some people who like punk rock like's to listen to it, and not the words and the meaning.....
