The thing is that I am working and trying to take care of our bills. you know I really love her and think she is the one. She do almost anything for me. She took care of me when i had nothing. I know she has this money issue and may feel I wont pay her bill and keep her credit up but I will. All I want is for her to just get me this x-box 360 that cost $500 and she wont charge it on her credit card. I told her I will give her the money piece by piece for her credit card bill. I notice everytime I mention it her mood changes. I dont want her to feel like I am using her. I will pay her back. I just have my own bills that i have to clear first then get to hers and also I have to give my grandma some money aswell and I dont think she see how much expense I have. I am grateful that she spent all that money on me when I didnt have any but I just want her to understand that but she doesn't. What should I do to show her I am for real and will pay all that she owe for taking care of me?

Well, which is more important to you? Her feelings, or an X-box 360?

If she doesn't want to get you an X-box 360, let it go. It's her credit and her card. She probably gets irritated with you because you won't drop it. I'd get aggitated too! That's $500, that's a lot of money. If she has a money issue, and you won't be able to give her the money back on time, that goes against her credit. And it's from your x-box 360 that you just HAD to have. That sounds really selfish to me. It's a game system, you can live without it, or save your own money and get one. My advice to you is drop it before she drops you!

Why do you have to get the xbox 360 right now? Maybe she does realize how many bills you have and she doesn't think you'll have the money to pay her back. I'd wait until you've paid off some of your other bills, then worry about the xbox 360. Once you have fewer bills yourself she might be more willing to take on debt for you because she'll be more confident that you'll pay her back.

Ok, so when u say u have to take care of your own bills first, it's like saying that hers don't matter. Maybe she's stressed over money too. How can u pay for a $500 x-box when u still owe grandma? Leave the x-box alone. if u really want it, save up your own money to buy it.

Anybody who has bills to pay should NOT be buying an x-box 360. Your girlfriend is VERY smart about money. Why do you think her finances are so much better than YOURS?

I don't want to make you angry, the capital letters are for emphasis.

You are driving her crazy. How do you like it when people keep harrassing you? For instance, bill collectors. Don't they drive you nuts? Well, that's what you are doing to her.

Pretty soon, she will get sick of this and dump you. I surely hope you get smart and give up this childish desire for that toy.

You will sacrifice the best thing that ever happened to you, and you will deserve it... if you don't shut up about the 360.

This is ridiculous. When you are in debt, you simply can't buy something that you can't pay cash for, whether it's someone else's credit card or yours. And for an X-Box 360! For a game! Your girlfriend has some thinking to do for sure.

I don't want to sound harsh, but your act is very childish. If I were her, sure I will mad at you. Main problem is the money, but your intension on buying a game console shows her your true identity--you still a child that want to play. It's not the buying that make her mad. It is the purpose of what you bought. Game console = play. Play = no work. No work = no pay + no money.

So don't say you love her and try to pay her back to the cent. If you really love her, trash your idea of buying a game console and find a job.

Oh come on, I mean i know that you want the game system but what's more important to you the game or your girl? you're girl has bills to pay too so she can't just go and buy you what you want. Now maybe if you needed something she'd get it but if she is in bad credit then she can't buy you the system you want. So just hold on until they come down in price and maybe she'll buy you one. It's not like you can't live w/out it.

It is right for your girlfriend not to let you charge on her card. Obviously you are not that responsible considering you yourself are in such debt that you cannot charge on your credit card, and need hers. If you are doing this just to test if she will do anything for you, then, that is wrong. If you are working, then simply save up the money until you can afford one yourself.

By asking your girlfriend for her credit card to buy the XBox 360, you are showing her that you are NOT being financially responsible. That is why she is upset with you.

First you need to learn to speak correct. Second i do no blam her for not wanting to buy you a x-box. Save up the money that you would be giving her to pay for it and buy it yourself. Credit cards do have intrest rates that could be high. And since she has already hepled you once you need to be greatful and stop asking for handouts. Grow up dude
